WHAT IS ROBOCAM?
This is an electromechanical robot with 4 direction movement in horizontal,
360 degree monitoring and working skills in vertical. PLACES OF USE
This is used in order to monitor waste water and rain water channels which could
not be directly interrupted by people, and remedy any narrowing or clogging in the
monitored channel.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
This offers detailed information for the channel inside monitoring, such as meter,
inclination, working angle target photo as well as quick and effective information,
report and repair opportunities. It consists of two main units.
1-High resolution, clean, real time natural view
2-Repair unit
The electromechanical group within the repair unit carries out cutting, breaking, drilling
and stroking for removal of foreign objects at variable (required) speeds and forces,
safely and successfully. It provides user with the opportunity to see while intervening a failure.
3-There is an electronic protection within itself against the mechanical obstructions

ROBOCAM, with a very simple use, has two different operating modes: 1-Channel monitoring and reporting
2-Channel monitoring, use with cutter and reporting
1-CHANNEL MONITORING REPORT
Before operating the Robocam, new project entry is made in the software. Here, the data related to the
channel to be processed are entered. After this, the Robocam is ready to enter into the channel. The
system is opened at the Control Panel. Assisted by the functions here, the Robocam is sent into the
channel. The process follow up is very easy in the system where you continuously take views. At the
end of the process, the Robocam is brought to the stack, via control panel function. With the assistance
of a crane, it is re-placed in the vehicle. Then, the channel monitoring report in the computer software
is completed and it is taken to the archive. |
